Essential Qualifications:

- Safe driving record in accordance with current insurance
underwriting standards.
- Physical ability necessary to transport physically
impaired, including persons in wheelchairs.
- Ability to learn participant transfer and assistance
skills.
Interpersonal skills necessary to work with participants, families,
and staff.

Associate Administrator
The Associate Administrator is responsible
for a mixture of administrative duties and responsibilities pertaining
to the long term care facility and all other operational components.
This position will be responsible to provide leadership, supervision
and direction to major departments and to provide operational leadership
in the areas of capital projects, security, facility-wide purchasing
and the dementia care unit.
Essential Qualifications:
- We are seeking a seasoned long term care Administrator,
who has a minimum of seven years administrative experience in long term
care.

Assistant Director of Nursing
The Assistant Director of Nursing is responsible
for ensuring the smooth and timely coordination and delivery of services
for all Medicare clients. This includes making sure all physicians'
orders are being properly implemented. The Assistant Director of Nursing
will complete Home Health Aide supervisory visits and perform community
outreach and patient education projects as required. The Assistant Director
of Nursing also provides general support for other Menorah Park Home
Health Services administrative staff, and is an active participant in
the Menorah Park Home Health Services administrative team.
Essential Qualifications:
- License to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State
of Ohio.
- Two years recent experience in the management of home
health services.
- Current knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid Regulations.

Physician Assistant
This is a part-time 20 hour per week position. The Physician
Assistant will be responsible to evaluate and for follow-up visits with
sub-acute rehabilitation admissions working under the direct supervision
of our full-time Medical Director. In this role you will be accessible
as a resource for our nursing staff and for maintaining medical records
on our electronic medical charting system.

Community Concierge
Current Opening: Part Time w/flexible hours
Wiggins Place, an assisted living facility, is seeking
to hire a Community Concierge. The candidate will facilitate residents
individually participating in community social or recreational events.
The responsibilities are similar to those of a concierge which include
possessing strong people skills, planning and coordinating all aspects
of the community event for the tenant. The applicant must have a strong
familiarity with the Greater Cleveland area and cultural and recreational
venues.

Nursing Assistant Training
Program Information
This is a FREE three week training course for those interested
in becoming a Nursing Assistant at Menorah Park. Learn the roles and responsibilities
of a Nursing Assistant, including clinical skills, vital signs, bed side
manner and more. Please complete the online application and questionnaire.
Applicants will be called and scheduled for an interview if they are qualified
for the program. All applicants must have a high school diploma or GED,
a solid work history and the desire to care for the elderly. Applicant
must provide two letters of professional reference (example: job, school,
work programs) at the time of the interview. All chosen candidates must
be able to pass a drug test and a criminal background check.
The hours of the class are Monday-Friday from 8:00am to
3:00pm. No evening classes are available. At the conclusion of the three
week course students will be eligible to sit for the State Test for nursing
assistants. Students will be considered for any open nursing assistant
positions if they successfully complete the course. The state testing
fee is paid only for those graduates who are hired as Menorah Park employees.
If a student is hired they will be required to attend an eight day orientation
immediately following the class. The first two days are 8:30AM - 5:00PM,
days 3, 4, and 5 are 7:00AM - 3:30PM and days 6, 7, and 8 are scheduled
on your assigned shift
